Church Library
Did you know that NLCC has a library?
Some people don’t, believe it or not.
Our church library
has an amazing variety of books with a wealth of information;
from fiction to reference, autobiographies to church doctrine
and everything in between. We even have a large children’s
and youth section, from preschool through high school. Any
volunteers would be welcome. But more than that, we want
everyone to utilize all the wonderful resources of our library.
Need to look up a certain verse in the
bible and you have no clue where it is? Come in and check
out one of the many concordances in the reference section.
Do you love to read fiction but turned off by secular books
that have too much profanity, sex or violence? Our library
has almost the complete set of the Left Behind series. Anyone
wishing to donate any of these books please contact Karen
Antici through the church office, and she'll let
you know which ones we need.
Plus there is a variety of
other fiction works to choose from. If you want some inspiration
you’ve
come to the right place. The largest adult section in the
library, after reference, is the inspirational category with
books by many well known Christian authors like Billy Graham
and Max Lucado. The library also has a variety of bible
bible study materials for personal study or bible study leaders.
Along with all the great books our library
also boasts a substantial video collection for both adults
and children. The McGee & Me and Adventures in
Odyssey video series' are among the titles, and are excellent.
In addition, there is also a collection of audio tapes featuring
music, motivational speakers, sermons and more. We also have
a growing collection of music CD’s
as well.
Our church library is such a wonderful
resource for young and old, to help further everyone on their
walk with God. We hope you will make use of it soon.

is like a room without windows” - Horace
